Elbow hitbox has already been fixed.
Uppercut isn't much different than others, it just doesn't extend forward as far as some (here is a pic sent to me from the hacker):
Notice how for the ninjas, their sprite goes above the hitbox? This means that any attack that extends lower than their own sprite can hit them out of their uppercut. Besides, Kung Lao doesn't need uppercut when he has spin really... who jumps at Kung Lao? Only someone who wants to lose.
As for the Dive Kick limitation... he gets 60% on a punisher and still gets good corner carry. The hacker told me that if he figures out how to add Damage Protection to reduce the overall damage of whiffed Dive Kick combos, he will remove the hit limit... but if it can't be figured out then the hit limit will stay.
You guys saying that Kung Lao is bad now... lol... with the removal of GJs, he is more of a threat than ever. Just because his ability to kill you if you made one mistake is gone doesn't mean he is shit now. Your opponent has to make two mistakes to lose this time.
I like how nobody is complaining about Kabal as he is the absolute most nerfed character... but he still has great tools to win and it takes 3-4 opportunities now instead of 2-3.
