Anyone know why KDZ is doing f2 breath now on block? I know it prevents your opponent jumping out of pressure but does it actually give you slightly more advantage over them? I am also aware that f2 into MB breath is unclashable damage.
Keeps superman closer than doing f23 breath
It's also less susceptible to whiff punishing than F23.
Hey I have a quick question. Do you know if hit stun deterioration affects the advantage on hit of certain combinations? For example with superman I do his F23xxbreath, j.2 into his standing 1, and in the frame data it says standing 1 on hit is +18, but i don't know if its less advantageous. If so i think I have a killer reset to post.
Yes, standing 1 is +18 on hit.

Unless you're going for damage, is there any reason to not end your corner combos with F2D13? It's literally a vortex, but I don't see many Superman players utilising it. Divebomb OTGs so there's a clear 50/50, but dashing in also reverses wakeups meaning that in certain MUs (such as GL) the character is completely jailed. Knowing this, you can use dash up B1, Divebomb, and throw to create a 25/25/25/25 situation. Not to mention that the throw is a mixup in itself due to MB F3.

Depending on when you use F2D13 in the combo or depending on how high they are you can end up in the corner because the "3" will got right through them as it hits.

I use it after scoop, instead of 3~Ender. If you F2 when they're quite low you'll hardly ever end up in the corner.

Ok lower, I'll try it. I like to use B23 because the HDK and it trait cancels and then I just make them guess between the divebomb crossup/non crossup and B1.

What I like to do is dash underneath f2d13 do a small bunny hop over to the original side to wear I'm barely crossing over and crossup diveup. >:D

So I was messing around with my favorite Kryptonian Orphan and I came up with a 49% 1 bar midscreen trait combo off of F2

Is that his highest?

I have a nice corner blockstring with F2 Breath. Do any combo into ice breath, pause(I walk forward), heat zap, 3 Trait, F2 Breath, F23. If they press buttons at any point during this blockstring, you get a full combo. Everything is plus except F23. Thanks to @SonicFox5000 for laying the foundation.

Fun gimmick to try out after a blocked standing 3 into trait. 3, heat zap, f3. Builds so much bar :confused:

So I've been messing around with heat vision pressure since its +11 on block but the only use I've found is using it in the corner as it guarantees a flying punch frame trap and puts you at a safe distance from some characters. I also noticed that when you pressure Superman with heat vision there is NO push back so you can f23 afterwards. What do you guys think? Got any better uses or is it just a gimmick?
