Every other stream is working just fine.
Last night, even though other games were delayed, once they were running the ratio of gameplay/breaks was far superior to Injustice.
Stop trying to make it out as if everyone is in the same boat, Injustice has been run substantially worse than everything else in the venue and that's a fact.

Reading the breakdown from dms this is pretty much the opposite of how mlg treated mk9. The mlg I went to for mk9 was a great experience.

We were told by a Melee player they're being treated similarly, but I've only listed the things I saw and experienced personally. Don't want to contribute to the "He said, she said" nonsense.

Interesting since I thought they were making only mistakes with the Injustice stream. Their stream at least was on point which masked any problems.

I went to MLG a couple of years back and had a great experience. I didn't get to watch the stream yesterday because of work but i can't believe ho awful its gotten.

I can forgive the ads because well its MLG. What i can't forgive is the shitty dead space time and elevator music. I can't forgive top 8 happening off stream. I can't forgive who ever was in charge of the stream not actively filling the stream station. I can deal with 2-3 ads but don't you think if you only play the same ad over and over the viewer will hate what ever the ad is about?Couldn't you have gotten more then those ads?

Don't you think that all the time ads were not on and we were hearing that same crappy music i heard back in MK9 MLG we could of had a match because hey there was no ad right? So if there was no ad you didn't have to give us a dead screen. I wasted hours of my life this weekend trying to enjoy this tournament as a stream monster.

@Tom Brady should of never had to grab the camera and try to catch @Perfect Legend match off stream. Another stream match should of been ready or lined up for the next match.

@UltraDavid should of never had to get a match on stream when there was no stream match happening and then be told by the players they were told not to go on stream.

SOrry this was run like shit from most of the tweets/comments on TYM i have read. I hope should MLG stick with injustice its a lesson they learned from and should release a statement to the community. Unlike when they cancelled the NYC Arena in mk9 days which i always felt and have stated the past few days was wrong imo.

I doubt it. I could be wrong but maybe the people running this was not as in touch with the community as it was in MK9 just like @pherleece said before.
I could be wrong but i can imagine running COD/Star Craft games are a bit different then fighting games in terms of match times. As we saw multiple times on the stream ref's were missing and the stream was delayed going on break/ ad / dead space until a referee was found which at one point Brady had to find himself.
Maybe next time bring in some people from the community (grass roots) i am sure with the staff that MLG has this can be a much better experience for everyone.

No Shock is probably right. MLG isn't the only reason why MK9 went so well last time. There were people from MK/NRS working behind the scenes making sure everything went well. This time around nobody was there for Injustice so UltraDavid, Tom, Pig and 16-Bit had to take matters in their own hands.

According to PR Balrog, KI would've been an even bigger disaster if it wasn't for Alex Valle being there. That shows that you can't rely on MLG alone to host a good tournament. You need people from the community that have leadership and can get things done despite MLG officials not being happy with some of your decisions.

Honestly it just sounds like everything that could go wrong did and it put everyone including the staff on edge. I dont think we should burn the MLG bridge because of one bad tournament, but rather come together with the MLG promoters and try and figure out how to stop this from happening again.

Eh, that's a biiiiit of a stretch. Let's hold off on the conspiracy theories. Bad tournaments, poor organization during events and favoritism does happen. Not everything is some nefarious master plan, especially when you factor the costs from both sides. MLG simply did not account for their lack of cheddar.
