We did this once before for NEC and it was a ton of fun -- so I want to make the thread again for SCR. As before, this is not a "Pick your Top 8" thread; it's just general predictions. It could be for anyone to win, someone to get exposed, a player to beat another player, the rise of a character, or if Ducky's hair will beat Brad's hair in the money match.
There are a few live wires thrown into the mix this year -- we are seeing the return of Vegas to action, after a long hiatus. How will their addition affect the course of the tournament? Are @Denzell and @MITDJT still packing the goods to win it all? Also, we've seen the musical chairs/revolving door of SoCal's competition. Sometimes it seems like anyone can win on any given day. They have a full complement of dangerous players; who will be in top form come March?
Will @EMPEROR_THEO play only Aquaman, and does his AM have the goods to take the top prize? Or will he be forced to dust off his trusty ACME laser in order to survive. Will @RDK|Tyrant put together another magical run of comebackness a la NEC and SCR 2013 -- or will his character loyalty find him Buried on a Saturday with the rest of SoCal back in the mix?
And lastly, one of the biggest factors of all: the reintroduction of NorCal. We've had some small previews of this before, with the Ncal/Scal WNF, the showdowns at NEC and @WoundCowboy's recent Nation of Nice Guy Domination. Between the two areas, which scene will reign supreme?
This won't be a West Coast-only show, however, as there are some notable players traveling from other areas of the country and attempting to crash the party. Is there anyone who has what it takes to run the intimidating WC gauntlet and survive?
So here it is -- now's the time to stick your neck out there, go down as a Nostradamus or fail spectacularly in a pool of shame.
Who will make the greatest upsets?
Who will be sent home early in an inglorious walk of shame?
Who are the dark horses?
Let's go!
