Well, I've never tried showdown at all. I just come up with teams on my head and try to breed accordingly on x & y. Too bad im really lazy to train. I want to check it out for sure.
Showdown is awesome because you don't have to worry about wasting your time on a team that could get destroyed in X and Y when you can just basically test out the team with no time invested at all on it. Only problem with showdown is a lot of people use very similar teams. I run into more Mamoswines and Talonflames then I can count lol. Personally, I run I guess what you call a hyper offensive team, I could care less about hazards lol, so I can't comment on them but thats up to you.

You have to have like 3 even ivs and 3 odd IVs to make it 31/30/30/31/31/30 or some crap. Too bad since he basically destroys ferroseed and Scizor with it
I wanted it to be magnezone since his magnet pull causes steel types to be stuck against him. Also, doesn't steel type wreck tyrantrum? Just wondering. But I will trade you a 4/5 IV gible with iron head and outrage for a tyrantrum if you want
Most of them arent fast enough to really and rely on bullet punch, and if trizzle can eat one from scizor he should be fine lol. I can see why you want magnezone to work though lol.
