Here's a bit of NRS Dev Humor :

There once was a bat from Havana.Who lived inside a Banana.He went out to fight crime.For just a short time.And ended up shanked in a cabana

I found that inside on of the Game packages lol

UncleFestor: I've disabled RadeonPRO (SweetFX) and no CTD to windows at all with WG in classic battles (10 matches) .. thats odd how can SweetFX effect exactly this move :) ...but i wanna use SweetFX :( (colors are really cool)
Sweetfx doesn't cause that. CTD's are random. I've been getting it too since I bought the game, whether I'm playing with custom dlc's or just the regular characters.

I dont know why but with SweetFX particular, Wraith General gives me CTD when i do Zod Charge with him, but without SweetFX enabled everything runs smooth.. so it must be problem with SweetFX.

Im still not sure why game goes to CTD with SweetFX, but im gonna release Wraith General anyway, he took me lot of time.. its almost finished :)

All the Playable NPC's have already been unlocked. Any remaining NPC's are NOT Playable sorry.

Just the 1st 2 updates. Other than that you don't need anything else to use the Mods we release :)

Thanks for letting me know. Love your mod by the way, Trigon seems to have a really weird move list, bf 3 for godsmack, a raven move, and shazams torpedo, intriguing.

The White Sinestro Costume is not released yet as far as I'm concerned.

as far as the second question is concerned, If you are having troubles getting WBID to activate in the game, you can download unclefestor's NPC unlocker to unlock all WBID skins in the game. But other than that just dl the mods and place the folders in the dlc folder of the game and you're done :)

Okay when you extract a Char package you might need to do it 2 or 3 times before it creates the Startup folder which will contain the Eyes & Mouth diff. However that diff is NOT from a Texture2D files. It's contained in the Mics. I haven't attempted to unpack it manually from the mic yet but I would wager that it's in the form of a .tga file and it's exported as a dds thru Umodel. You might be able to export it in it's native from using the Gui of umodel and cycle thru all the files till you locate it and then export it.

I'll look into that today

Okay I just confirmed that they are indeed in .tga format. I'll do some testing and post instructions on how to properly export, alter, save, and inject the files shortly {I'm @ work right now so I'll have to do it when I have a chance to access my PC for testing the files }

Is this an episode of the series or a movie?
It's from one of the season finale's of Justice League Unlimited. Luthor and Braniac fuse together and beat up the JL with robots designed to look like the "Justice Lords," a group of militaristic conquerors from a parallel Earth that they fought in an earlier season. #themoreyouknow

EDIT: The quality of this youtube vid is horrible. Stream the show from somewhere. It's wonderful.

Okay I took a thorough look into the Char files and the only thing it contains are references in the Mat & Mics of the char package that points to which file to use A or B.

The actual Texture2D files are located in the startup Package. So if you alter it in there it'll change the eye & mouth color for every character in the game. The only characters who have moddable eyes & mouth have it located in their Costume_Diff file {Like they do with MKKE}

Hmm just tried out editing the files inside the startup.xxx It did change the eye color of all the characters. Hmmm is there a way to rename the startup.xxx and make the specific charpackage use the renamed startup.xxx? maybe something in the coalesced?

Well no,

The coalesced has no control over what packages a character loads. that is contained inside the Char Package.

As far as renaming the strings to change the package that it looks into when loading the Eyes. I doubt that it would work. You can try it. You'll need to alter every string for the Mics+ Mat's that tell the game to look inside the startup.xxx file for the Eyes to what ever your package name is.

But it also seems like a gigantic waste of space {56 MB for each startup file you create} just to change eye color.

Just be a little patient, as soon as I have access to some newer tools that are in the process of being created, I might be able to alter the Startup to add files to it. This would allow modders to release a patch for the startup to add the new texture2D file thereby decreasing the Mod size for only the eyes from 56 MB to 120 KB.
