Thanks man but Check did all the work though! I'm sure he spent a few hours coming up with that 50% combo, took me a few hours to come up with those 40% Meterless ones so I know it takes him a great deal of time to come up with the amazing stuff he does.
Completely agree, damage boost may give you an extra 3-4% on the combo but it's completely useless in an online match because you can't block if you use Rains damage boost. That's the trade off though I guess.

I disagree that it's completely useless, especially in an online match, but in most cases, yeah... not too great. Try doing it on Quan Chi, though, and see what he can do on wake-up to stop you... nothing; he'll have to either take boosted chip damage from blocking or eat a combo. Same may go for some other wake-up situations... Jax? ...meterless Shang Tsung?
As high up as possible and slightly in front of you, almost directly above your head (Rain steps back a little after his animation is done). You have to connect the 4,3 fairly high.
i cant connect the second 43 with lighting cause the bubble leaves the opponent too far to connect.
It'd be very situational that's for sure I don't think I would ever use it online purely because I (not other players) would get punished for doing so (lag in MK9 being Australian is pretty unbearable lol I'm lucky to get one good match a night).
You can move the bubble with the stick/d-pad. >_<

You may be able to add one more 12f4 or b21+2 onto it that's about the only thing I can think of or even just throwing in the jump punch at the start for good measure. That's just a theory though you may not be able to get the super kick is what I'm thinking :/.
