I'm just saying, he's done it before, and it wasn't ludicrous or anything. So it could happen again. And to whoever said that the kryptonite would make him stronger, in most recent showings, it completely debilitated him. And even aside from that, the kind batman engineered was effective in a different way that Superman wasn't used to fighting through.

That's all fine but how would he know how the K reacts to a Kryptonian body? This would require a RIDICULOUS amount of knowledge of both Kryptonite and Kryptonian biology. We know how chemotherapy works on cancerous cells and the human body after countless hours of research of both cancer and the human body, Batman doing that just doesn't seem plausible.

Well he did it before lol. And yes randomdude , I totally forgot that's what that one did. But either way, he couldn't do anything from the pain could he? I know people get annoyed by it, but if Bats has kryptonite on hand, it's a toss up. At least that's how I see it.

But anyway, I didn't know people weren't find of the new powers the Rogues have. I liked it, but I never really read much of them before New 52, so maybe that's why.

isnt Cap/Black Adam as strong as Superman? or shouldnt he have the advantage because of the magic making Superman vulnerable

Magic merely cuts through Superman's invulnerability, it doesn't debilitate him like Kryptonite. He has fought and beaten Shazam before.

Sure. But that doesn't negate the history of what's happened in these other stories. And most recently in JL, he was exposed to a tiny little bit on a ring and flipped his shit, couldn't move or do anything. That was like three issues ago.

Wouldn't know, I haven't caught up in JL but that's beyond stupid. If that's the case then yeah, everyone has a chance.

Shazam has the capability to beat him. He usually doesn't, but he's strong enough, fast enough, has the magic lightning, etc. But Superman is still obviously really good and very powerful, so he usually ends up on top.

What's the best Batman New 52 book? I believe it's Detective Comics but I haven't been up to date so has one of the others gotten really good?

Kryptonite isn't oozing out of everyone's asshole anymore though. It's actually hard to come across. That bit was one that Superman had given to Batman, but it was stolen.

And I understand I guess, but I personally think it's absolutely stupid that Superman can fight a guy made up of actual kryptonite and win. That seems way more dumb to me personally. To each their own, I suppose.

probably snyder's batman, since batman inc ended, i liked detective for awhile when Layman came out but was really disappointed by the end of emperor penguin and dropped it, didnt really like the new Wrath either

Batman is by far and above the best book. Snyder and Capullo have been amazing throughout the entire series, from #1 to current. I'd highly recommend that my friend.

It's been tough to get for a while, but I guess it got tougher.

It's not like he destroyed him and Supes still has all his abilities against K, it just makes him really sick. I can name some stupidity in all comics (like Batman's body not being completely ravaged at this point), Heroes overcome overwhelming odds in these comics, it's just how it is.

There used to be quite a bit of a cosmic scene back in 2006-2008 then most of the books got canceled and then Nu52 came around and no one wants to read space adventures since REALISM is what sells. At least GL is still gonna be going strong. Kyle's becoming more and more like Silver Surfer each month and I'm excited for Guy and the Red Lanterns taking 2814 for themselves.

i dropped gl around issue 10 i believe. i love gl but to me it feels like it isnt going anywhere

i have kept up with spoilers but i dont know man it seems like gl may have had its full run
