What features/balance changes/5th char would you like to see in USF4?

MK dan kick already has a long pause that could be mistaken for HK dan kick after conditioning. It already works lol.

Removing autoguard doesn't even help this. OS tech is usually done well into blockstun where you can't even get a normal out, so people are likely not even going to get hit, regardless of this.

Fair enough, just tossing up some ideas.

Dislikes: Weaklings, Being bored

A character after my own heart.

Plus in fighters I've always liked either the powerful old masters or kick boxer characters.

How about this change?

If the scaling of a combo goes below 50% and you stun them, the scaling is reduced by 20-30%? This is so that stuns at the end of long combos can be rewarded more.

I do see potential flaws (Sakura and Seth have tonnes to gain from this), but I wanna hear the opinions of others.

I was wondering why it scales so bad after stun....I believe the damage scaling should at least reset a little bit after stun,so stunning someone is rewarding

Stunning someone isn't rewarding? Free reset of your choice. Standing reset with jab, LVL 3 Focus into late crouching light for an air reset, etc. If you're stunning your oponent you've already kicked the living crap out of your him. If you're getting annoyed at stunning your opponent at the end of your combo start counting stun and drop the combo right before it hits their stun threshold. Then one stray hit will lead into a full combo of your choice.

Fair points, was just bouncing some ideas around. I guess we don't need 3rd Strike Makoto all over again.

How about some more training mode features? SFXT's Online training with friends, select / back button to reset, and a couple more off-the-wall ideas.

What if we added a 'position' setting, and it could be set to 'corner' - which would spawn the dummy in the corner, and you near it, or 'midscreen' which is the standard? When we reset training mode, it could just take us back to either of these 2 locations.

The first few messages in this thread are hilarious. No real changes just buff my characters nerf the top tiers and characters I struggle against. It's hilarious. Also that people don't pay attention to the announcements.

Endless battle is pretty similar. Winner keeps playing.
I should have been alot clearer when i said that lol. I want it to be a little more "flashy". I don't really play Injustice anymore but I do like their online modes alot and the Hero Card is cool when you can view it. I know that more important things need to come first like the gameplay balance but somtimes the little things can make a big difference when your trying to attract new players.

Yeah, some new flashy unlockable titles and pics would be cool, would allow people to feel more unique.

On a different note, how's this for another idea? You know how spectators and even some players complain about training stage always being picked? What if we were able to toggle background elements on/off. For example, in stages like Festival at the Old Temple, and Overpass, there are people in the background that react to what you do (look at you, fall over when you knock someone down near them, etc.). What if we were able to toggle their reactions on and off? This way, we could give the spectators a little something instead of boring them with training stage.

SF4 Reset= 50/50 let me explain myself:

When you decide to reset someone after a stun,you are putting yourself in a 50/50 chance that your reset will work or not.If they have play you or that char before and know that can be reset for more damage they will have a counter for your attempted reset and put you at a disavantage....why would you want that? My suggest is lower the damage scaling after a stun so that you can get GUARANTEED damage and not "Maybe" damage
