scorpion sucks dude he has a fullscreen 50/50 (hahahaha) safe on hit teleport and a projectile that leads to a vortex on hit
he also does an extreme amount of damage (if you hit them a lot)
and he has a safe on block string (21) that you can hit confirm into a mb chain if you're on the right drugs
he even has a cross up jump attack
