Discussion Which MKX Character has The Steepest Learning Curve?

Seams to me there are two separate discussions going on here.

1) One is talking about execution, as in physically playing the character.
2) The other is talking about how to effectively play the character in regards to match ups.

These are in fact very different topics.

Yeah. The second one a lot of the time refers to low tier characters.
How has no one said Reptile yet??
