I also love how nrs fighters outsell capcom fighters yet sf4 and marvel get a lot more tournament players and bigger community!

I know right, but it just means the Capcom players have more passion for their games and willing to be a community and come out and show support and Capcom also supports their games better in many ways which helps with that. If NRS updated their games and showed more support of the community it would grow.
