Phosferrax
Original Liu Kang cop.
Sent you a message.P.S. @Phosferrax, if you can tell me a little bit about the event and how you played MKX (if you can say), I'll add it to the OP and promote it to an article.

Choke did but the other 2 are quite stumpy. How much reach did the grabs have? More than a normal grab?
I would think of it like Grundy's trait grab.@Phosferrax by "unblockable", do you mean a true unblockable or a throw? IMO unblockable attacks are considerably weaker than throws in NRS games, so I'm just curious.
Then yeah I really don't see a point to them outside of the MB versionProbably a bit slower.
At the minute it's looking to me like it is to position the opponent where you want them on hit. Rib Breaker hits them further away than Power Slam or Wood Chipper, which does seem silly considering that Power Slam and Wood Chipper both leave you close but reverse the position. Then yeah I really don't see a point to them outside of the MB version
Again, things could well change in the released game.Bleh, this does not have me hype. What the fuck is the point of a blockable short-ranged command grab? How is that even a "grab"? I call that a normal...
Yes.how much armour did the mb throws have? can a multi hit wakeup break the armour?
remember you can throw from juggles, then the normal versions of these throws might give you damage and positioning.Bleh, this does not have me hype. What the fuck is the point of a blockable short-ranged command grab? How is that even a "grab"? I call that a normal...
Yea@Phosferrax Are back dashes invincible?
Yes they are, so if Kano makes a wrong read after blocking and the opponent back dashes then he's wasted a bar trying to do an unblockable grab.@Phosferrax Are back dashes invincible?
Are you down-playing Kano already to try and buff him?Bleh, this does not have me hype. What the fuck is the point of a blockable short-ranged command grab? How is that even a "grab"? I call that a normal...
thats bullshit.Yes.
