Qwark's Injustice patch

You want him to have a 50/50? I don't think he needs that. He's have a vortex on fortress lol. He needs more arrow chip, and better ranged normals to fight Aquaman. The last hit of hurricane bow should come out safe on block. The only bad thing about him is his risky options getting in or not being able to get in. And meter burn up haven should combo on everyone mid screen not just big bodies
Well, FOS in general is kinda broke and should probably be the subject of another list of changes. As I said, the huge damage levels aside I do agree with most of his changes. Normal arrows should probably do 2% damage, fire arrows 2% chip or so, and I definately agree with a mb hurricane bow that has plus frames. Hell, lets give him a 6 frame D1 while we're at it.

I do still think he needs a 50/50 though. A lot of people honestly let green arrow get away with murder because they haven't played the matchup enough to realize how to make it hell for him to open you up and/or he gets away with shennanies online. Hell, I fall for it to and sometimes get caught crouchblocking on knockdown like a dunderhead. I fight some people who can consistently block every mixup I've got from F2 to the point where I feel like the only time I get any damage is from punishes. Giving him a damage buff won't fix that fundamental weakness in the character. Giving him a low starter will.

That's the thing why would you want your character to have a safe 50/50 it's lame. I think Green arrow should be a character that forces your opponent to make with pressure. I think his main problem is characters that limit his movement. I think overall he needs more ranged normals, more arrow chip, better walk speed, and b1 up have mb need to work on the whole cast mid screen. I don't want to sound like I know more about him than you do because I don't. It's just people shouldn't think 50/50s is what saves characters from bad matchups. I don't think 50/50s will do much against Aquaman since you can barely move.

Would have made Cyborg SonicDisrupter cancel out other projectiles. Chane his trait to him using a boom tube to get around. Give him MB SD that covers him in 360 degrees, so he can deal with teleports. And well...........

Edit: Allow missiles to hit in the air, like when there coming down. A MB missiles that track like sektors.

Yes?! Her mobility in general is mediocre, yeah her dashes are good but not the best, nerf the shit that makes her a stupidly good character. Maybe not her antizoning since the damage output from MB smoke bomb isn't huge and if it's blocked it's full combo punished already. Corner damage would be a good idea but tbh most of it comes from f2 so nerf the damage scaling from that and her damage output comes down quite a bit. Make b12 punishable on block so vortex becomes less effective also (she can still cancel b1 into redemption if she's going for the low option, which is uninterruptable and safe), that way she has to spend meter to continue the vortex.

If you're letting her do tee hee hee dash in low for free you're doing something wrong, that's online BG shit hahaha
