They really need to make it where you get only 1, maybe 2 supers per match. It would add depth and you'd actually have to use them wisely, not just use them when you get them. Treat it like a fighting game, make you earn it and not give it to you for just camping.

I just wanna say thanks again to @G4S Claude VonStroke @Cossner and @The_REAL_xVAPORx For the awesome VoG run last night! So glad to get that monkey off my back :D Now for the grind to make my performance flawless :D

You do have to earn it but it's too damned easy to earn. They really need to disable the orbs and the auto-refresh for Crucible. I understand that it's about the only "comeback factor" for lower skilled players but with the way it is presently, it is more of a punishment for sucking and a built-in score padding mechanic for the higher skilled and/or better geared.

Just so that I am not feeling myself too much after my first VoG win, here's a little story to illustrate just how much fun can be had in this game.

So, Claude, his friend Hans and myself are doing the Weekly Nightfall last week (the one with Aksor the High Priest). I'm on Warlock and they re both Hunters. Hans and I are underneath the house while Claude goes to pop Aksor. We aren't doing too bad when Claude goes down beside the pod. Hans and I clear out some of the adds he invises and goes after Claude. In true B-movie fashion, Hans revives Claude and they get distracted by adds when the dropship comes along and carpetbombs both of them! I'm shaking in my robotic boots knowing how much of an agro magnet I am. I start sniping the adds, taking my time to make sure I get this right.

After a while, Claude says "Cmon man, I'm tired. Let's just get this over with." So, armed with my Sunseeker super I take a quick look around. I've cleared a path right to them and Aksor's back is turned. *cue the epic Hollywood music*

I dash out like a shining angel aaaannnd..

I trip on a pebble, go rolling down the cliff into the ocean. We wipe.

I'm trying hard to stay mad at myself but with Claude and Hans laughing their asses off, I couldn't help but join in.

The RNGeeezus finally rose and helped me out with the raid boots/sniper/machine gun/scout rifle in one run. I take it all back and I am now a believer until the next sour raid.

This mean you don't like me?
Would you be content with Atheon's new Martian Manhunter random teleport tech being limited to hard mode?

Those with raid experience and shooter histories lose nothing. Because of glitches, lack of precision, mistakes etc. we've had to adapt to ununtnded teleports anyway and were met with success.

Those understandably not as dedicated can still attempt normal, and will be forced to buck up for hard, but not be completely locked out of the premier end game content if they don't. And at least they can have experience.

Seems like a change both sides can get behind, no?

The concept is interesting, but not entirely interesting. Just take my word for it because we can't always explain the roles to the new comers because we don't have time to explain why we don't have time to explain.

The pocket infinity is still very good in Crucible, so idk why the complaints. The Mythoclast is also still good, not as dominating and perhaps over nerfed, but it still shrekts.

I wanna know how people feel about Shotguns, Fusion Rifles, and Supers in Crucible/PvP. I feel like these 3 things are current overpowered, and believe they need a nerf.

However, I think there's a way to nerf them without nerfing how effective they are, or changing anything about their properties.

- Make special ammo crates spawn less frequently, with only 3 crates on the map. Make it less frequent than they spawn currently, but more frequent than the heavy ammo crates. This doesn't change how good the Shotgun and Fusion Rifles are, but it makes it so not everyone is using them as their primary, and getting herp derp easy one shot kills.

- Limit supers to one or two per match. Or make it a lot harder to get them, and definitely take out them auto refilling for just standing still. I think supers are an awesome idea for FPS's, but imagine if you got 6+ supers a match in a fighter. This also doesn't make supers shit, just limits the amount of uses you have. This will add depth and make people actually think before they use them, and use them when they need to, not immediately after they charge them.

I'm enjoying Destiny a lot more than I thought I would based on my 2 week first impressions. After I switched to the OP in PvP Hunter, I started having waaaay more success. But I still can point out the problems and realize what is too good.

Also, I got this legendary pulse rifle. As soon as I got it, my friends said it was the worse pulse rifle in the game.

I've been absolutely wrecking with it in PvP. Sure, it's relatively slow. But it's damage makes up for it, allowing you to 3 shot enemies consistently. It's very hard for me to lose a gun fight with it, it's just a solid weapon.

Maaaaaaaan, we don't even have time to explain why we don't have time to explain why we don't have time to explain why we don't have time to explain!

Well, I'm definitely poor in this game. The only exotic stuff I have has come from Xur. ZERO exotic bounties, and I have 3 different characters, 1 at level 14, 1 at level 21, and one at level 26. It took me my 3rd character to realize how much better the Hunter is in PvP.

It's weird, I could hear everyone but you after I replugged my mic. Glad you guys got through it. Shortly after we disbanded, I solo provoloned Atheon as payback.
Ya that mic glitch happens when we dont use the PS4 chat.... The conflux section is a bitch and so is the gatekeeper part. Everything else is pretty easy

if they'd just not allow you to sprint for infinity in PvP that'd git rid of a TON of complaints.

the sight lines would be much larger, and people wouldn't just run around willy nilly.
