Tech Sinestro Push Block Trait setup (DEAR GOD)

Come on I know u guys aren't gonna let this shit fly in tournament play...If so I can no longer play this game, it's like Cyrax all over again, just like he broke the meaning of breakers, this breaks the meaning of pushblocking, the mechanic is suppose to reset the neutral game, not punish u for doing a block string...ban

Well it wasn't me who spilled the beans either. Sorry you didn't get to make your thread pig. I was looking forward to it.

Explain to me how MMH wins now

Both have a bar

Sinestro has trait and two bars

Please explain to me what u do to inflict damage now to win

Plz I'm all ears

My only guess is that MMH would try and pillar repeatedly. Sinestro would come in. MMH would have to try and chip him out while wasting the trait shots.

Your point stands. Sinestro with trait AND PUSHBLOCK is too much.

The TRAIT is fine. PUSHBLOCK needs to be changed. Can we just all put a post together asking NRS to change PUSHBLOCK ONLY.

And, while we're at it, let's change blocked boulders to -25 so Sinestro can have a cookie or something.

No. You can't. You're vulnerable after the PB and once you get hit by trait, you're done.

Sinestro was the only character in the game that I actually ENJOYED playing. I don't want to play a character like this.
Did you test with a another human and not practice mode ? I'm sure you can block it and also probably depends on which character.

My god so people are gonna basically scream for bans on any new tech that happens to appear. Now the BG thing ahs a reasoning behind it, it is the manipulation of an actual glitch in the game. This nothing more than understanding the mechanics of the game. Just by watching the video it is 100% fair in use. The Sinestro player still has to have his trait activated and it will cost 1 bar of meter. Now it ahs to be tested on an actual human opponent rather than the dummy AI. It is likely that after the push block the player can block the incoming shot at them. After all the player is still grounded after the push block is done.
This has been known for weeks

We have tested

Get your guns on. Sheriff is back.
This is good stuff. I play Bane though so its never really been a concern of mine to worry about pushblock.

This mean you don't like me?
What about pushblock piercing options? Is there something to cover those? Because Frost has at least 2 that prevent subsequent trait shots and leave him airborne....

Tested on both human and AI, but I don't know if I'm missing something.

Yo guys, don't worry. Just make sure he doesn't get trait out. :DOGE

And even if he does, the game becomes what it was always meant to be: a special move fiesta. Just sit full screen and trade specials over and over and hope he doesn't have the life lead. :DOGE

Edit: OR make sure you have two bars of meter and do a bounce cancel through the pushblock. In any case, the situation is never in your favor now.
