No one on the roster even approaches Quan Chi's level of retarded [ban incoming]ry. The character beats you for blocking properly and you lose for the playing MK9 correctly. You have to play the game BACKWARDS if you want to win. Quan was just some bullshit character created just for Ed Boon's dumb, low-level ass to crank out some easy wins the NRS-guys have no idea how to stop. Very lazy, weak character design since MK4, it seems he just get more retarded as his old age and senility set-in. The fact that every match vs. Quan seems like the exact same thing is mostly attributed to his Alzheimer's, so regardless if it's the same thing or not, it will ALWAYS seem like something NEW to Quan.
