I also hear f2 is a decent anti air, and that the b2 link is easier off of an anti air? Are you saying that his push (bf3) after hitting with f2d3 also crosses up? This is interesting to me!
Also, if you do something like this: end combo with bf2, then take a step back before doing f2d3 from a distance. you will hit the opponent low as he wakes up. If he blocks it you are safe because you are hitting him late in the animation, and if you hit him, you cross under him naturally, but you have enough time to link a d1/b1 etc. off of the juggle. Don't know how useful that is though.
