My bet goes to one of the new characters, who fits the initials of the steamdb trophies (COL, TER or KAL if I remember correctly). Since it seems that we will get 4 new characters in MK11 and we aready know one, I think they'll reveal each month one of them.

I'd also love to see Cassie or Jade

Mileena is dead but there is always a possibility to bring her back by Shang Tsung or to transfer her memory into one of these clones. I found it lamentable to have Mileena killed by a newcomer, not very charismatic like D'Vorah. I want Mileena to come back to crush this insect !!!
