Sorry but Cryo Sub is in the opposite group: characters that terribly underperform if you don't have a good connection. His Overheads are slow enough that he can't benefit as much as some others from OH-Low in fast sucession (there are characters that under lag can be considered unblockables as when the game gets your input for ducking or standing it's already too late and it wasn't your fault), and Cryos gameplay revolves around punishing, something that with bad connection becomes extremely hard as you're losing a huge lot of precious punish frames.

He is a very decent character offline, but he suffers a lot online because his gameplay depends on something that isn't realiable with lag.

We're talking about being in a particularly laggy environment, dude. In a stable connection, it's not as bad. But in lag, when you try to punish a blocked roll, apply pressure, etc, she can just roll on through with no worries.

Mileena - Best online character in the game!!! Self explanatory but bruh... Roll into Roll is legit! O_O
Kung Lao - Regular Hat Spin is plus on block, Spin into EX Spin is a frametrap, Teleports can't be anti-aired on reaction.
Inferno Scorpion - Self Explanatory. Also D4 - Low Minion hype!!
Kotal Kahn - D1 D1 D1 D1 D1 is uninteruptable.
Reptile - Reptile Dash is apparently neutral on block, Rep. Dash into EX Claw is legit, D3 D3 D3 B2 is uninteruptable.

I was mainly talking about the lag proof slide, his overhead is harder to block online, and I rarely drop his combos in even the laggiest situations. And yeah the strategy changes completely, as punishing isn't a thing online, but his jump in kick and cross ups are redic online.
