Most likely, but because it is a ninja and he's dressed in dark grey, people jump to conclusions. People thought the random classic ninjas in the background at the beginning of MK9's story mode were Smoke or C/Khameleon.

She will come back, I don't doubt that.

But I admit that's really light, and migth just be a generic ninja to illustrate this menu.
It does not have any new design unlike Rain, it's quite plain.
But that's worth mentionning.
Smoke is in for sure for me anyway.

Nah she really has a great design, we need more monster /freak character like that, especially female ones.

I hope one of the new characters goes beyond, and has a different skeleton than the others, les humanoid, more animalistic maybe.

I think she has the best design of all mkx new characters and I think she will comeback in the future. But I don't think she will have some important role in mk11 story. Not even as an NPC

I hope you're right, but I don't know he looked a bit to basic.
And the logic is to make you understand that this is in that menu you are going to customize your character's visual.
They usually put very basic models on that kind of icon, telling the player it's now up to them to modify them.
The most iconic character for MK games are ninjas.

That's my best guess, maybe switch Erron/Fujin for Kung Jin and takeda. Which is probably the case. I'm only saying Erron/Fujin rsince I WANT them, not that I think they will be in. But the rest are actual guesses for the most part.

NOTE: If this is even CLOSE to the main roster, I'll be massively, massively disappointed. Kombat Kids need to fuck off, I want more classic characters.
