i would say adapting is a part of fundamentals as well, knowing how to deal with something you have never seen before or arent familliar with midmatch is a must as a high level fg player.
There's an awkward moment right when he jumps into the second batarang that it stops being funny, but then it keeps going and gets funny all over again.
Fundamentals is basic things a lot of new fighting game players lack; proper spacing/whiff punishing, knowing anti airs, what is punishable, etc. etc...I know this isn't a NRS game, but this might help.
