Lord Shinnok will save us from destruction and make the netherrealm great again. He will build a wall of hell sparks around top 8s to keep Aliens out, and he will make the Aliens pay for the wall themselves!

Through our rigorous campaigning, we've made it to the top and Boon has spoken! Netherrealm WILL be made great again come October 5th.

Honestly when I sit back and think about it. making that cancellable DOESN'T really make Necromancer more appealing nor does it fix the overall problems: Majorly, spacing and tracking WERE the problems and low damage of his normals. They can keep that and just give me more damage off of the EX stuff and better damage for my combos! Make that tracking great again, not cancellable again!
