hahaha! The quality of his content and his voice are top notch! the ki guides im guessing are gonna be shorter than the tekken ones but some of the tekken guides are suuuper in depth like steve and yoshimitsu. Those videos are over 2 hours each and extremely in depth... Really thankful to have a dude like this makign stuff for fgc.

I'm down to play whenever (especially with this quarantine). You'll probably see me on MK11 a lot right now, but I'm always ready to jump on to KI. I really can't play extended sets though, but for the Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and on the weekends.

so uh how big is this game? When it started downloading yesterday it said it was 38gb. Now its at 60gb and going strong in the large as fuck chunk of my hard drive direction....62gb now lol wtf is this

Non free has all
They're all downloaded as if they were separate dlc Characters

on the microsoft store app it logged into my xbox account and says I have season 1 and 2 but when I boot KI it has nothing :*(

I'm so glad my been awake for 50 hours, half lucid play is the only thing being preserved for eternity.

No, but I bought the "Definitive Edition."

So for me, on PC, I simply go to the Microsoft Store, find the Definitive Edition, and clicked "Install."

If you don't have that and have parts of the base game, I want to say it should show up in your account in the Store. Go to Settings in the top right, Download and Updates, and then on the left, there should be something along the lines of owned content. I think everything will be listed in there.

I'm not on my home PC, but I'll check and post details soon for you @DeftMonk .

I have the regular edition with all the content packs purchased over time, and it's listed in my Microsoft Store library as simply "Killer Instinct" and is accompanied by a huge list of the extra content I also have for it, so installing the mainline KI should install everything in turn.
I guess try to be sure you're signed into your proper XBL while signed into the Microsoft Store. I think both the store and the Xbox app have their own separate sign in opportunities. @DeftMonk

I solved the issue... I was logged in on a different account on the microsoft store than the xbox app. BTW does this game pass thing mean u get to play gears of war 5 without buying it just for the game pass price? Cuz uh at the introductory price of a friggin dollar a month(for first month) I think im sold lol. Starting to question that ps5 purchase lol.

Glad you got it figured out! Also, the PC version is 38.5 GB for me. This includes the "Definitive Edition" App.

For Xbox Game Pass, yes, you can play Gears 5 and any game it features. Some games are removed/added over time, but first party titles seems to always stick around.

I have been cracking out on this game non stop since it finished downloading. My gamertag is djdeftmonk add me next time u guys go at it. I’m super rusty since I haven’t played in several years but damn this is fun!
