^lol and this is the reason this community gets chars heavily over nerfed.... players don't even lab anything anymore, they encounter a move or strategy that seems strong and come straight to TYM crying for nerfs. Sigh.
It's great armor for getting through gaps, not so much for waking up. Counting the startup of the flash parry + the startup of f1 it's basically a 20 frame wakeup which can be stuffed by almost anyone. That being said its really good but I think the best in the game would be instant flash parries like displacer or ethereal's which actually move you behind the enemy and can't be broken.
I like Tanya a lot as a character, I just don't have fun using her. I also don't have a lot of time to play so when I can, I'll devote it to my favorite character.

Have you actually tested this and counted the frames? I'm pretty sure it's a lot faster than 20 frames.
