For Baraka here are my only gripes, let me know if you want them explained:

vs. Sheeva should be 6-4
vs. Ermac should be at LEAST 5-5
vs. Sindel should be 5-5
vs. Scorpion I think is 5-5. Scorp gets punished HARD even by Baraka
vs. Kenshi should be 4-6, 3-7 is a bit over the top IMO

i think this is a pretty accurate tier list and match up chart. the only things i personally think are different are that i believe kabal and raiden are interchangeable for number 1 and 2 at the top. i play raiden and my friend plays kabal and i believe that it is a 5-5. But that is just my opinion. Also, i think raiden against reptile is 5.5-4.5 or 5-5. i have not played that many good reptiles, especially offline. So Tom could be right and it could be a 6-4 in raidens favor.

Regular upball is full combopunishable by Sub-Zero. Quite a tight window, I believe, but Sub candefinitely 21. Sub's 2 is 9 frames. regular upballdoesn't recover in equal to or less than that on block.

I trust Tom's opinion on Sub Zero, but Sub really isn't that bad.

Sub Zero has ways to pressure that Tom just doesn't use because he knows the risks involved. Example, , , ..., it takes conditioning and guess work/reads, and thats something he has to come to terms with, all rush down is based off that, I even said it on the Kombat Tomb the last time I was on, Tom knows so much about the game and because of that he becomes a victim of his own knowledge, every where he looks, he just sees Red flags, and Red Flags that the opponent may not necessarily be aware of, and in my observation of him, stunts his ventures in going forward and pressing with the character. Ignorance is bliss, and with Sub Zero's rush down, it really is.

I just had a quick try in training mode thats all. I thought maybe there mightve been a tight window to do it but i couldnt be bothered to sit there fannying with it

Kano's Up Ball is like -13 on block and Sub-Zero's 2 has 9 start up.

So you have a 4 frame window which is pretty small. If you have a hard time punishing Reptile's elbow dash with a 10 frame move, you will have more trouble here.

It's one of those cases where online it's just impossible to punish so people get away with spamming those moves. But offline most characters can D1 juggle Kano if they have a 6-7 frame D1. Or even combo with a 9-11 start up if they have jedi reaction.

I feel like it is in reptile's favor. Dash, and even d4 acid hand are good knee jerk reactions to teleport. Maybe 6-4, or 5.5
