Thx man but.....She was...........not really. I played like crap. That's cuz I made the mistake of getting cocky since I was good at the old games, didn't realize this one played THAT different. So...starting from the basics on up with what I DO know. Scorpion first. Then Jade. Then Cyber-Sub. I got the crap kicked out of me lol. Messed up ALL my juggles ALL the time too. *shudders*. It's ok though, next time I'll play like I'm sposed to and learn the "new skool" MK mechanics. You guys did your homework while I thought winging it from the old games would work. we saw what happened. So..Been learning to change that.

My post on SRK:

The station in the back room will be reserved for MK9. We'll have Marvel on the other big TV and whatever else on the other TVs.

What we should also do tonight, is determine who's going to be on the 5v5 for this SOVA Showdown. I know we can get teams of 5 for MvC3, SSF4, and MK9 and if we can't get teams of 5, we'll just reduce it to what we can get.

Depending on how many people want in on this, I suggest we have tryouts for each. Depending on the number that turns out tonight, we can either do a small tourney and top 5 gets the spots or we can do round robin and then top 5 or top whatever will get the spots.

For those coming out tonight, do not take the Gilmerton bridge after 8 PM because the Gilmerton bridge will be closed. Take 64 to the George Washington Hwy exit heading towards Portsmouth to get to my place.

5v5 came from SRK. It was originally supposed to be Southside vs Peninsula in SSF4 but we're trying to extend it to MvC3 and MK9 as well.

i wish i could have stayed longer and played in the 2v2. it would be nice if one person could post the winners. anyway gg's everybody hope to see you alll possibly tomorrow to get in more mk9

Brain hurts, tired. Thanks for making an appearance guys. I'm glad the games happened, thanks for showing me some Sub-Zero/Liu Kang games. Blackie, still need to play your Ermac more. Matchup is horrible for me, I'm free, but maybe someday I won't be.

Good Games today guys. MUCH better for me now that I combined old skill with new mechanics. Especially in the 2 on 2's. I learned a LOT and we had some intense games. I can def tell my scorpion is way ahead of my other two chars, I also determined I will have to play jade on my stick ( Good cuz now I got a reason to use my 120$ monster lol). One more full week of scorpion training to iron out the kinks and then on to two weeks of jade training. then cyber sub. I'll prolly end up replacing him with frost but till then...yep. GG's and Goodnight.
Oh...but Liu Kang is still Bullshit LOL:salty:

Wish I could've made it out, but I was too tired and salty after work. Dealing with morons on the phone definitely does not make a good day.

I hear ya man, makes it worse when you gotta deal with morons or stupid situations AT the place of work too
