Quitting happens. It's no big deal. It's understandable if someone doesn't want to sit there and watch a fatality after they lose. But completely disconnecting from the game and causing a disconnect on both you and your opponents profiles? Just take the loss and move on! What I want to know is, if you beat someone and they disconnect at the FINISH screen or the You Win screen, does this still count as a win, or purely as a disconnect? Seems like the players with better records are the ones that frequently do this.

Wait why is this in the mkx complaint thread? I wanted to know if disconnecting effects your record. I'm not complaining about the game, just those elitists who disconnect to protect their record.... But I will say the online is trash. Air attacks are the key factor in online it's stupid and its hard to react to anything because of the input delay! I'm done with this game! I'm not about to travel to tournaments or something just to get a decent match! That's bogus!

I picked up johnny cage awhile ago and hes so much fun.

But yeah mk9 was better cause it wasn't just yolo trampoline jumps into 50/50s. Still enjoy it though

I agree. Although I've only been playing the ai the past 3 weeks because the xbox online is a total fucking joke so it's no wonder i'm getting bored as fuck. Hopefully i'll be able to play offline soon though

I consider Kano, Kitana and Kotal Kahn as fun (though I like mid to low tier characters so yeah).

It's weird I never had any issues with XBL... Like ever. I see a lot of complaints but its perfect on my side.

Honestly for me it's the games meta. My main is nowhere near S tier, and is closer to the bottom according to Yomi. I usually turn the game off when I start losing to guessing games and my D2 gets beat constantly by jump in PUNCHES! Like, you see it coming, you D2 and BAM ur still hit.

To be fair though, any game gets boring if you grind it out in MKX's defense. I take breaks to play LoL or something.

well whenever I do get matches it usually is fine but the connecting to online is the main issue. I'm not the only one either

If you play bad or average people , Online Warriors that have big mouths here in TYM but dont attend Tournaments / Events or just Casuals you will feel that way.
If you aim for leveling up , Tournaments or even EVO the feeling is so much different.
Also ''learning the BnBs'' of random Characters doesnt mean that you ''play'' them , it means that you ''pick'' them.I dont wanna mention names but we see lots of those in the US and EU tournaments.
Just aim for something or drop the game.

It does, and I don't even play that much. Sometimes it feels like a high skill low reward kind of game. Like Starcraft. Doing the same thing, over and over, adapting to your enemy and losing a lot more than I wish I did
