So... the law being subjective is the problem?
yes...... if i can get away with a crime from one judge but not the other due to it being subjective, thats problem. in this case would every judge in america do the same shit she did? no, thats a problem imo. the law isn't enforced in standards, and for those with the unlucky draw of the stick? may get convicted by a court and jury that passed judgments in a biased or subjective manor and you were innocent, but they decided you were guilty based on a testimony of another human being without any evidence. so imagine you have a 50/50 chance to end up in a court room where court A is the ones who don't even need evidence to convict, or b the people who didn't convict casey anthony.

Hence the criminal justice system sucks. It is a lot of peoples saving grace... and a lot of other peoples downfall.... :(

i do agree that its upon judges decision per judge to make the call

I mean, I understand that he's done his dirt. So punish him for the dirt that he's done, not for smacking his lawyer on the ass and getting an un-provoked response from some randoms in a court room.

I'm gonna have to agree that this was bullshit and the judge was being a bitch.

Ok... so the guy with access to Wikipedia... the guy a year into a paralegal program... and A FUCKING JUDGE have no idea what contempt of court is... but you do? GTFO. :coffee:
Btw... we are Bar approved.
Uh yes. She literally already sentenced him. Then the court (not chad or his lawyer) including the bailiff laughed. She got embarassed cause they laughed then withdrew her sentence. Not only will Chad spend no more thsn a night in jail but that judge likely gets repremanded. It was a blatant abuse of power.

Cold day in hell...
Lol he really didn't think that through. There are certain situations in life where if you can manage to not act like a jackass for five minutes it's very beneficial. Standing in front of a judge is one of them. Standing in front of a judge after recieving a slap on the wrist because you're rich and hired a good lawyer is definitely one of them.
