I've had people say they love MKX cause they can learn an OP gimmick and do well against decent players.

I'm all for this also, 50/50's are annoying as hell. Well safe 50/50's at least. I also think they're moving towards a Street Fighter overheads where they're used to mixup gameplay but if you abuse them then you're paying for it. This is awesome if it's new for ALL overheads in the game.

While I wouldn't call lesser skilled players scrubs, or that 95% of tym are I do agree with the rest of your post. It's true, removing 50/50's will have everyone needing more skill to actually beat a better player.

To be fair, nerfing 50/50s is not the same thing as removing a 50/50.
