Even though I main NW, ultimately I want this game balanced. The chip on staff spin is too much on block BUT if stuff like GL's LM range, Supes f23 pressure and other imbalanced things stay, why should we get nerfed amI right? That's my mentality.Please god no nerfs for Nightwing, he is one of the more balanced characters in this game, top tier but not Supes crazy

dick in beta had these things :
flying grayson was an overhead
staff spin MB was a wallbounce
staff spin was +20 on block
seriously people, lets leave him be. compared to these things in the beta, nobody should be talking about him being too good , or changing the functionality of his stances just because thats how they "should be"

i have actually had some instances where grayson kick has crossed up some of the guys i have played. havent been able to make it something consistent, usually involves the ducking randomly trying to stand and getting clipped in the back of the headI feel like there could be some cross-up stuff with his Flying Grayson with certain setups, it has happened by accident with me but I haven't found a way to set it up consistently.

His overall best strings are forward 2 1 3, and back 11, and down 12, imo the go to pokes are forward 213 and down 12 and should be focused on the most, and to answer your question, I forget if there was a list of what down back 3 crosses up on certain opponents on certain stringsHey guys, just joined the forum so I guess you could call this my debut post. I recently dropped Bats for Dick and was trying to up my game with him. My biggest question right now is what are some good blockstrings to use in escrima stance? I have a few tricks I use online for mixups - 1,1,2 xx (db3 or db2); 1,1,3 xx (db3 or db2); f2,1,3 xx (db3 or db2) just to name a few. The thing I've noticed however is that against certain characters, the db3 has the tendency to whiff on occasion, which usually leads to a punish. I like using it because it has a crossover property on certain blockstrings and not on others, so it's insanely good for mixups, especially at the somewhat noobish level I play at, so I'd like to maintain the use of the move if at all possible, but is there something I'm doing wrong that could cause it to whiff, or is it simply because of the hitboxes of the characters that would have this effect? Also, what blockstrings do you guys tend to use in escrima stance?
