Dunno optimal, corner I do 112, df3ex, njp, jik, 4, 112, shroud (df2) for 32%, midscreen 112, df3ex, njp then either f2, shroud, (doesn't use stamina), or Jip, run, 112, shroud. You can fit an additional 11 but at least I drop it regularly and it uses to much stamina.
There are also double tp combos out there.
