The reason they're not guaranteed is because most good characters have options against it.
Its not Capcom's fault that you're losing. its your fault for not picking a better character as at least a side main.

It is 100% Capcoms fault for putting out an incomplete character. I think F.A.N.G should be removed with an update and given back to everyone in a playable form later on as free dlc

He's supposedly mid tier like Birdie. At least that is what I've heard. He seems cool though.

Being an NRS guy I never thought I would like SFV because of the different mechanics, but I must say I'm enjoying SFV! I'm currently maining R. Mika and I'm awaiting Juri and Urien arrival! Hopefully Rolento comes back in the game somewhere down the line.
