Edit: This is considering the Skarlet player is doing knife cancels to the frame, which I'm sure most of you have not experienced playing against, yet.

All these numbers look hella off. I think perhaps at this point its late to post this because she's already banned but really. You're saying that just about 75% of the cast like NO option vs a single aspect of her game in which being knife cancels. In turn, you mention if someone THEORETICALLY can execute that like a machine? That I can't believe one bit. I find it hard to believe you could come up with all this data in such a short time but I could be wrong.

The poll seemed absolutely pointless if you just up and banned her just like that and with no reasoning to boot?
