where did i downplay kabal? this whole thread i've been talking about frames and how nobody is interrupting kabal's pressure if he thinks that's what they're going to try. as far as the low/overhead go i just want things in perspective. They're safe for the most part but don't allow you to keep pressure. Sonya's MS f1 is +1(and can be fucking canceled), her MS 1+3 is -3, her MS b4 is -1. That character is stupid, too.

I'm not downplaying him..he's top tier for sure but I don't get blown up by him either....he's a fucking crazy tuff fight but if you ask me Freddy is just as good as kabal and he's easy to use..but this thred isn't about Freddy so ill just leave it at that ....back to kabal he does not need banned
