So after getting teased with a possible Reptile buff from a video of one of the content creators granted early access to the Ghostface patch, Ive been completely gutted to find out that it didn't make it in the game. Was waiting for a extra patch to come out addressing issues and possibly listing changes they didn't put in the game but since it's been 3 days now Im certain that thing is not getting into the game at least at this point.

Reptile armor startup
That means values for either b313 or bf4 have been adjusted, probably startup on the bf4 itself, however i wonder if this is a bug or this just got scrapped and didn't make it in the game. I tested it offline and it still has the old property - bf4 will whif after b313. Those are classic towers, so AI has no enhancers.
Anyway i think Reptile is definitely better than launch with the small buffs they gave him, however he would benefit from a faster armored move especially in this forming restand meta, where every character has a break your wakeup tool. Hes not the best zoner and hes not the best upclose too, his acid spit still servers 0 purpose given he has 1 clear best kameo which got nerfed with the patch, which i don't know who it affects more than Reptile in the roster - and he doesn't convert optimally out of it. It's EX and non EX hold version they added is verry useles if u want to trade full screen since startup is abyssmal and unless you are invisible (which goes away on block or on hit) you can't really find ways to apply it. Do you guys think they have more to give him and maybe take away? Invisible guess game that can lead to a flat 5% or over 35% if u guess wrong is a strong tool, but is it really, when you have 90% of the cast launching u with armor?
