Laos pressure struggles against good hitbox characters, he has low top damage combos. His dive kick is easily punishable his teleport is also easily punished by a fast upercut. Even his ex teleport can be d3 or d4 or d1... He is not top5 and if somehow he scrapes on, it will be at 5. personally i would say 6th or 7th. IMO.
