B/c ppl are to chicken shit to take their loss like a man, if they do that online they shouldnt even bother to go to a tourney, they will just embarrass themselves with all the Ragequitting they do.

Get on that hook
gotta be in tym ilerminaty to get games online brah
Not back in the MK9 days, no. I remember playing Pig a lot back then. REO a couple times. 16Bit was the only one who was Hollywood and didn't want to rematch. He said he was Tom Brady instead.

It was only in Injustice that I'm stuck playing with almost only @The Slaj Jazz and @imblackjames because no one else would. Tom and Dave would let me have games sometimes. But this community doesn't consider them any good soo...

I usually get good games with people on my friends list and occasionally random people in the lobby. The problem for me is that my friends list gets full quickly so i have to constantly delete and add people which gets tedious everytime i want to face someone new. It can get kinda boring playing the same people over and over. That's why I tried doing the whole TYM room thing but everyone does that for like the first week then they quit. I really hope MKX has a dedicated lobby just for TYM.

This is why, in fighting games in general (and really CoD, Dota2, and 99% of other online games), you need to keep your own list of players you can call up at any time and play games with.

But with that said, I also play a lot of Player Match and manage to find some good games in every session. I've met people there that are now here (like @Vengeance135). Not everyone accepts, but that's life :)
Lol did you really list this as a problem with Dota2? While I agree the game is better with friends (what game isn't?) you still don't have issues getting games by yourself. Dota 2 has a good match making and que system that is usually short and since people get penalized for leaving, they don't. This is def a problem with fighters but the other games you listed is just straight up BS. Also KI does not appear to have this issue currently. Your rose tinted glasses for Injustice are really skewing your view.

I agree but we gotta realize that there will be a lot of ppl that dont play competitively or even play the game correctly and just enjoy playing win or lose (this is good from a business stand point for NRS). That is why i am glad i have quite a few friends i have met on TYM and now i can avoid the bs as much as possible.

I'm the person that will quit the match if it's lagging too hard regardless if im wininng or losing. Being able to play offline has spoiled in a sense. I really dont care about online anymore. I can go to Atlanta and play people in real life. I lose most of these matches, but it's still fun to be able to play on a monitor with minimal lag against great players. If my room mates aren't on Netflix or Hulu, or COD my girl friend is lol. I even lag bad when I'm hard wired. Online play just doesnt work for me.

I recently moved to Guam. I have 30mbps internet speed, but I can't get online in NRS games. Whenever I get into a match, it drops. No problem getting into a match, but once I do it drops right away. I tried IGAU on the PS3 and MK9 on the Xbox, but no luck. Other games, I can play people all over the world with no problem, but NRS games bug out. Any thoughts? Anyone from Guam who has had luck with online NRS?

well guam is by japan so idk what server youd be on (EU maybe?) but either way you are going to have issues with your ping, and that's where the lag comes in. if your ping to the rest of server is to high, which it likely will be in 90% of your matches, expect to get DCs like crazy. kinda blows :/

This is probably something that has been discussed over and over during the history of online lobbies but what's the deal with all the people who just set in lobbies?

I go into a MK lobby with 99 people and like 45 of them are setting there idle not responding to game requests at all. Not even declining. The problem exists in Injustice as well.

I just can't figure out what the motivation is.

step 1. Turn playstation/xbox on
step 2. insert fighting game
step 3. Go into match making lobby
step 4. Do absolutely fucking nothing.

These are the best in injustice. These scrubs with a 10:1 player match ratio and their true skill is 25. I get matched up with one and I wait to see if they decline. Some of them will try to out wait you.. But I've won so many battles by watching a movie on my computer and wait for them to Bitch out. I also send them messages the whole time.

A men bro amen!!!

Typically people on ps4 are really good with accepting matches but like @Decay said, some of the guys with ridiculous win/loss ratios will ignore anyone who doesn't have a losing record lol
