What are your initial impressions on Dark Ages?

I’ve only done the first 2 levels due to my schedule so take it with a grain of salt. Very fun so far but these games really open up in the mid game so I’m reserving my full thoughts till I beat it.

Clair Obscur absolutely is the best game this year. The only thing is I have hit act 3 and I am genuinely conflicted if I want to continue. Idk I know that sounds insane but that was SUCH a twist in the game and while I knew something was obviously up with Maelle idk. Something just didn’t hit right. The game is HEAVY. Like great story, but it’s heavy and definitely makes you think from so many angles.

Who is your favorite character?

Also MK1 still blows Roy. Sorry. I find it funny that the reddit leaker (FateUnknown I think) was shit on for saying Khaos reigns didn’t perform well and any further dlc was cancelled. Then would you look at that. No more dlc. Guy was right and now reddit is admitting as much.

Hopefully NRS learned several lessons from this game. It is 100% okay for you to enjoy the game though. Nobody is stopping that. You just can’t force anyone else to.
