f4 is a decent tool with Sonya; safe/+ and nets you a full combo. If it was slightly faster it might get used more often.

To be honest though, I feel nitara is in a good spot.

Indeed, but at that point I'd rather use B2 into sonya divekick for a DOUBLE overhead mix for similar range and startup.

I agree though that overall Nitara is in an excellent spot.

I think the benefit of f4 is that it’s quite a bit faster; 15 frames compared with 28.
