I'm not too happy about this announcement, but I don't think they did so bad.
im not saying there wasnt any good dlc at all.. but compared to what they could/should have done... they fucked up bad. They went purely for what would get them the most amount of money from casuals, so I guess they succeeded but the only people that are going to continue playing this game for a long time are the big fans.. who they disregarded completely

Lobo wasnt really a fan choice, there were fans who wanted him yes but not as much as mmh or anything like that he was just someone boon had his mind set on during development but im glad he's in, Batgirl had almost no requests anywhere she wasnt asked for at all that was an attempt to get more buyers but yes john stewart was asked for by fans forever,
mmh is a well known character, lobo is somewhat obscure so I can understand that and zatanna possibly but if you really think about it there are so many better choices that could have replaced zatanna. John stewart for gl should have been in from the beginning and is very well known, like I said they did their job well with marketing towards what would net them the most money, but its pretty bad that there are characters without a single dlc/unlockable alt outside of the regime ones. lmao at saying they catered towards both parties, it was maybe 10% fan service and 90% casuals/where they would get the most money.
Lobo was very, very much so requested. Up there with Martian Manhunter and Red Hood. Yes, up there with MMH.
