IMO the characters that should get a skin next should be all the DLC characters except Zod. They have 1 default costume.

Im betting its an announcement that all DLC cast will be getting skins to help kick them off in the new ultimate edition on even footing with the rest. I dont get my hopes up for a lot of folks seeing skins though...did Sinestro ever get his classic?

In that same vein, how could they NOT include classic Superman and Batman, ya know? NRS just seem to do whatever. If I was skinning these characters I would totally use costumes that are bound to make me more money. That train of thought makes me wonder why in hell they would do cybernetic skins, but I REALLY do bet we see more.

they could easily do a black adam/shazam pack, and a sinestro/green lantern pack, it would work perfectly. Then just release a killer frost skin on its own maybe?

since they like to do themed packs, not just throw random characters together unless its like an all female pack

Ba only needs new 52 the rest is pretty much the same pattern and schematic.. Shazam needs the costume you have on your avatar.. you know cause shazam is not a nun... Sinestro needs a green ring or a White lantern costume nothing else... Green lantern even tho i hate hal jordan i wouldnt mind seeing a Red Lantern costume but whatever he doesnt need anymore costumes he has anouth... KF honestly i dont see any other costume other than the 2 she has that is actually cool... maybe the animated version but mehhhh the ones she has are pretty similar to the cooler versions of her
