New Geras Tech. 2 Specials for 3 Hourglasses

1. Geras can cancel anything with Recall. Even his Snap Freeze. Both of these moves require 3 hourglasses to use, but, if you cancel Snap Freeze at the right time, then you get BOTH specials at once.
2. The applications of this? I'm not entirely sure just yet. Recall only heals you for damage you recently received. So unless you do this raw in neutral, which would be dangerous if opponent blocks the Snap, then your best bet would be to use it during your own combo after just receiving damage from the opponent

I don't think its frame perfect, its just super tight
