Well his mix ups need to be easier to block I don't how else they could do it without nerfing the bat.

He will also still have great zoning.

If you give it the same cool down as normal hat spin he wont be able to 112124 ex hat spin into another 112124 ex hat spin, because it wont re-spawn in time(ex hat spin doesnt guarantee you another 11212 anyway, because you have to expect the opponent to respect your guaranteed d4). The cool down on normal hat spin is 4 sec.

Don't you think you're exaggerating right now with the block forever thing? Most rounds don't even go past 40 seconds and you want to give ex hat spin a 9 sec cool down. Do you have some kind of reason to give it a 9 sec cool down or is that just a random number you came up with? No it's calculated because a stagger string into 7 hit string takes about 3-4 sec and you should not be able to loop this
 
why are you assuming im mad? everyone is asking you questions on how you think he isnt top 5 and you are avoiding the question. if you say someone is mad or crying and just spam them messages of tissues and paper towels that just shows how weak your argument is. but of course your response will probably be something more ridiculous involving the tears that no one is shedding.

That is exactly what a fair nerf sounds like. It's not a loop. So according to you 11214 ex hat spin, into 11, 112124 ex hat spin is a loop? There are 2 instances where you could have armored out of or poked out of.

You have most of the people here suggesting hat spin to be full combo punishable and you suggested ex hat spin to have a 9 sec cool down in a game where rounds barely take over 30 seconds to end. That is what you call requiring brainpower? Why are we pretending like all these other characters are like rocket science?

Kung Lao - Shrink the hitbox of j2, make hat spin -6 on block, remove some hit advantage of throw, keep b3 as safe as it is but add more recovery on both sides so the stagger becomes more reactable
Quan Chi - no more low bat bruh mid only, make bat scale more in combos and reduce the bat's blockstun
Cassie - either reduce the range of b1 or make it a high, make EX flip reasonably punishable depending on character, and remove stupid ass invincibility from nutcracker
Tanya - make b1 start high and add a gap in EX tonfa anywhere on the screen
Predator - add more recovery to shots and make low plasma -11

I think these characters would still all be S tier with these change, just less retarded and braindead to fight. Basically just changes to make them actually consider consequences for once instead of going for the same braindead shit over and over. Anything seem like too much?

Not even mentioning the insane chip damage she does especially in venomous.

Yea rly, if shes air born anywhere near you you need to hold that. compare her njp to someone like liu kang and you'll know what i mean. you don't even uppercut that, if your character doesn't have a decent antiair move then you gonna have to hold it, and that goes for about 90% of the cast.

Y'know kitana's njp is just....Not as....Just nvm. As to your extreme up-playing of dvorah she gets the highest damage Off a 2 frame link.Which is 34%!So stop spreading Misinformation without knowing shit about the fucking character

Any character can anti air that shit i can do it with EB.So why Can't other chars?And on the dvorah thing.112 WGC 212 db1 f34 b12 air throw which is 34% meter less she gets no more damage than that METERLESS.No you can go shove your own argument up your ass and come up with an excuse that's ACTUALLY making sense in any way of the word.
edit:So I and every other d'vorah player is waiting on your MLG 420 blaze it 360 no scope 41% METERLESS

Tempest - cooldown after ex hat spin to prevent looping it over and over

Quan - remove the unblockables by slightly nerfing the bat while trance is active

Cassie - Remove the ability to combo off of ex-nut punch if she gets hit out of it

Tanya - Ex Tonfa toss have the same properties as mournful kitana’s and Kung Lao’s Hat Trick ex projectile call backs

Predator - Slightly added cooldown on lasers

Well that shows how much you actually know about him.
He's still meter heavy, whether he builds it quickly or not.
The restand doesn't guarantee anything, his damage is still mediocre even with the chip.
He can only make things safe WITH METER, and if you think B3 is the only move he has that's unsafe you really need to go look at him in the lab.

So you're saying you don't think he's top 5? I don't beleive he has any losing matchups. Maybe he doesn't get Guarenteed chip but a good shinnok player can still make plenty of use out of his plus restand , not to mention the F41D2 mb hell spark loops into itself on block as a BLOCKSTRING. I don't think his damage is low if you include his massive chip.

I think top 5 characters and possible nerfs could be

1. Tempest Lao
-Agree with the decrease of cooldown on EX hat spin.

2. Summoner Quan
-Increase start up of Low Bat.
EDIT: The reason is to increase the start up so Quan must commit to a move like b2 before the low bat can hit at the same time as b2 from trance, making it easier to block. The only way it can become his near unblockable is after using EX Rune, but then this means Quan must use meter to do so. I'd much rather have this than have it be able to be done meterless.

3. Kobu Tanya
-Agree with the first hit of b1 becoming a high.

4. HQT Predator
-Very slight increase to damage scaling on EX low plasma

5. Aftershock Tremor
-Decrease damage of EX Ground Shake to 10%.

There you go again, F4 isn't guaranteed after MB hell sparks and there's no looping blockstring. Did you miss the last patch or something? Because this is important basic information about Bone Shaper that you don't know.
