Both are a force up close for their own reason but outside sc range kanG players need to understand the power of DS cancels to bait Rk and sc and reflects

Cage poses ZERO threat unless he's sitting on ur face

KanG can pose threats elsewhere baiting reflects at max sc range canceling and moving in or shooting

Cage is dookie on every part of the screen except within sweep distance. Liu Kang has his projectiles, so I'd imagine that's what stops it from being 8-2.

Ok, Kang has his projectiles to screw around a bit. I don't like using DS against Kenshi, maybe I need to play around a bit more with it.
However Kang has no resets and no frametraps, Cage can always keep Kenshi close.

I use MS a ton w sonya on kenshi to evade and bait.

Outside max range I will throw projectile mixed w ms projectile mixed w ms cancel ex cw etc etc

kang gets 45% no meter once he does this and baits reflect or an action

MU charts/numbers are based on the MU, no human influence is factored in. So even though a MU is 10-0, it doesn't mean it's unwinnable, because human influence isn't factored in.

Pig, how often would you say Kenshi's teleflurry gets punished on whiff in matches ? A good portion of the cast can get a full combo off of whiffed teleflurry just out of sc range, by neutral crouching and attacking once the active frames are through. Scorpion spear, Mileena roll, Kitty ex fan, Sektor IATP (from anywhere on the screen in this instance), etcetera. I'm not seeing any of this in tournament. It's usually just run at Kenshi like it's the Civil War, bayonet drawn, and hope for a botched SC for jip starter, or flailing around the stage like a bird.

Moral of the story, I think this match up can be grinded out with a
"fair portion" of the cast, in much the same way ye grinded out the Kabal mu. We're just all lazy vunts who rather pick up Kabal/Lao to make it even.

Pig pretty much helps everybody actually he is one of the most helpful in the community, at least from what I've seen. I mean we all have our moments but pig has always been willing to help me or my sparring partners. I kinda look up to him actually
