Yeah, looked after and saw it was a screenshot added on the Steam Store.

I would assume American then, though keep in mind you can't always tell via the $-symbol alone, as other countries also use this for their currency (such as mine).

Likely US though, which means costs would likely be about $5.00 or so more for me.
