You just watched a video of the Kahnum reclaiming her throne and reclaiming her spot on the roster of MK11.Wtf did I just watch!?
I had to watch it twice to catch the ball roll. Looks like it is 1 bar for a launch. You just watched a video of the Kahnum reclaiming her throne and reclaiming her spot on the roster of MK11.
Tele kick and ball roll are both in her base movesetVariation predictions:
- Klassic Mileena: ball roll, ravenous end of string takedowns, tele kick
- Kahnum Mileena: Command grab, ground sai, slide
- Ethereal Mileena: fade move, low sai and ball roll
Yeah, I did notice that the Roll used on Kotal was different from the one used on Kitana. But since both meter burned afterwards, it was hard for me to say for sure, though I can definitely see meterless launching Ball Roll costing a variation slot.Great observations, I agree with everything except I don't think ball roll launches with meter, it seems it may be different in variations but the first one we see definitely launches meterless.
So by that right up it seems the low slide, command grab and ground sai custom the moves and not in a variation? I'd be grand with that if that the case
I don't trust gaming journalists so I'm skeptical of what they mean when they say the amplified teleport "ends in a throw." Is that a literal, unblockable throw or it just throws them?
The original write-up is from NRS Tyler L.

After watching the trailer again, the throw is a part of the amplified version. She Telekicks and amplifies it, which ends in a throw animation. I hope this clears up the confusion. She can only amplify the move on hit.

I believe every move that isn't a part of the base moveset is considered custom, whether it's in a tournament variation or not.So by that right up it seems the low slide, command grab and ground sai custom the moves and not in a variation? I'd be grand with that if that the case

Did.. did yall read what I said at all? I am well aware she tosses them at the end of the amplified teleport. Please reread my actual question in that post. The original write-up is from NRS Tyler L.
i believe,She also does the teleport into throw in the trailer...around the 032 second mark
Unless there's another way to end the amplified version it's very unlikely that it's an actual throw. There would be no guessing game, after a few days everyone would know that you can crouch every time and probably punish her with a full comboDid.. did yall read what I said at all? Yeah, I feel like they did a double ball roll on purpose to mix us up lmaoYeah, I did notice that the Roll used on Kotal was different from the one used on Kitana.
