Long hair don't care. I always say it better.
I definitely understand what you are saying, but MK was totally different for me. I had NEVER played a fighting game competitively before MK9, so obviously it took me a long time to learn footsies, fundamentals, and MUs. But now, I think I have a good idea of how to learn what works and how to play. I have played against many great players and I just don't see how this game will develop to be as fun as MK9 still is. Maybe I am missing something, but idk.I'll be the one to say it, this thread has way too much bias.
I'll also say that people are calling the game scrubby because they are expecting everything they learned from MK to apply exactly the same. It doesn't. The game, from a fundamental standpoint, is so far removed from MK9 that the base engine is barely recognizable outside of obvious points.
Not to mention, a bunch of you guys weren't exactly beating scrubby shit early on in MK. Hell the early months I played a flowchart Reptile and there was only a small handful of people that could beat me, and I never placed outside of top 8 that entire year. I mean, shit, Pig stopped using Smoke because how I was playing was difficult to play against since it was so early and no one knew anything, and only picked up Mileena because she was the easiest counter to Reptile at the time (Not putting you on blast, just using examples). 1 year later, and I was happy I made top 24 at MLG.
Games change a lot, even after the balance changes are finished. You guys should know this from experience.
and don't even get me started on that other shitty ass game SFXT(at least before the 2013 patch anyway, but not really), the begining months of this game are NOTHING compared to that shit storm of a game.
LOL hell yeah that shit was absurd. and even till this day UMVC3 has crap in it that Capcom cant or wont fix, even though its one of their fans most beloved game.Oh man. Remember the Rolento Knife Glitch?
I couldnt believe that shit.
I let my brother borrow the game for some time, no one can beat my aquaman, and its annoying to respect jump ins in this game, and interactables are kind of annoying, specially when you have too much to focus on already.
He has the kind of range game Skarlet had, and actually has a decent Anti-Air, heavy footsies and very good damage output, he doesn't even need his trait or his super lol.If you're Aquaman, you don't lol.
I accept the rubbing in lol.TotteryManx
Godspeed isn't a tekken player. Hes the man formerly known as kanechump
Also, I haven't had a chance to rub the "deathstroke won't get top 4 at a major" thing in since UFGT, so consider this post officially rubbing it in.
Aquaman's D2 is a good AA, better then what most of the cast has. I can't really see the comparison between Aquaman and Skarlet, I don't use him though. He has the kind of range game Skarlet had, and actually has a decent Anti-Air, heavy footsies and very good damage output, he doesn't even need his trait or his super lol.
But The character who i actually wanted to main is Green Arrow, but he is way slower, and his best damage only comes from his slow ass stuffs.
But i've heard Chris Jesus won a major with him, that guy is a beast
You know i get bored too after playing it long. I realise this was because i was playing koth with random casual players. When i play against good players, time goes fast. ( i dont know how they say it in english but we say time flys, when time goes fast).I like both equally. maybe mk a bit more but whatever lol. i'm enjoying injustice it's just I can't play it for a long period of time without getting bored.
Playing good players though is a lot of fun. so yeah injustice is awesome fuck you haters
What what whatI was just trolling. I played Hsu Hao, as well....although I thought he was a shit character design. There was a shit ton of absolutely terrible characters they came out with during the 3D era. Bo Rai Cho was the only one I thought was kind of cool with potential.
What what what
Havik Drahmin > x100000
Need to be in MK10. having them and Chameleon in 2D platform = happy RYXI loved BRC, but Havik was one on the best characters they ever came up with.
An undead, mace-wielding cleric of absolute Chaos? Pls yes.
Drahmin was a badass, too.
My introduction to the FGC was being humbled by Tom Brady about how Drahmin was WAY better in MKDA than I ever gave him credit for due to despising my cousin for pummeling me to death with the Ball O' Flies.
Says the clown who uses "a" instead of "an" before a Word starting with a vowelYou're a idiot.
i agree with you wound, i think ppl who say give it sometime are awaiting false hope, i dont see this game being as close to or having even half the the amount of tech that was discovered in mk to change this game, the only way this game can be better is by actually releasing a legitimate patch with legitimate changes, not troll patches that nerfs chars that wasnt even that much of a problem, and nerfing S tier chars damage by 2% lmao...i love how they said they were gonna nerf supes damage, and after the patch the corner combo i was doing that normally does 70% dropped to 68, seriously nrs? LolI definitely understand what you are saying, but MK was totally different for me.
