They explained he is from a 6 armed race where everyone is named after their function. He was Shao Kahn's tax kollector and he loved his work unlike most servants that were either creations or konquered, he enjoyed working for him.

i honestly wasnt impressed at all when i saw him. he looked out of placed and his back arms look cartoony. however that all might change once i play story and get to know the character better.
