I've played Cassie for a bit. I'm by no means great, but this is what I've learned:
Hollywood Cassie's zoning sucks on the ground, her damage mid screen is minor. Where she wants to be is up close, with you in the corner. Use cybernetic and play keep away, or a more defensive form with Commando and Cutthroat. If she's squatting in the corner, then great! Throw knives, duck guns and anti-air jump ins. Don't jump in at her, as Hollywood can zone/anti-air with air guns, and anti-air with flip kick which is 6 frame start up (her d2 has a narrow, almost vertical hit box, but is effective at certain ranges).
Go into training mode and learn the ranges of her b1, b2, d+f 1 and f4, as well as their attached strings, then dance on the edge of these ranges to bait them. Be ready to anti-air also as most are just outside jump in range.
Another thing to bear in mind is that Cassie's variations don't differ wildly, and her BnB's are basically the same across all 3, with different enders, so your opponent may change things up. Spec Ops can zone effectively. Normal missiles need to be blocked low, EX high. Spec Ops players will be looking to call a missile, run in and set up an unblockable mix up. However, they have to pick a position on screen, either near, mid, far, and the orange circle indicates where that will be, so either get out or use back dash invincibility at last second.
Brawler can use ex-air throw to pop up, and will often look to jump kick-air throw-meter burn. Practice anti-airing her kicks.
Cassie's damage requires solid execution and spacing mid screen. Keep her there and stay out of the corner. With the exception of Spec Ops missiles, all of her variations require front on approaches, which Kano is equipped to handle. Play patient, keep her out and the match should be winnable.
